The Suites Most suites are equipped with washer and dryer hook-ups; All suites have an entry phone security system; All suites have independent thermostats for heat control. The Building There is a central lounge for social and recreational activities and a dining room; There is an exercise and billiards room in the lower level; Activities room, library and hair salon are other features; An emergency response system is available for an added monthly monitoring fee; A community garden and large outdoor patio is also available for resident use.
