Who we are
Wyndham Gardens is a life-lease building offering a comfortable retirement living atmosphere for seniors 55 years of age and over who are able to live independently with or without support in the heart of historic Unionville. The suites are designed to meet the needs of the growing senior’s population.
The building
Wyndham Gardens Apartments of Unionville is a four-storey building situated on a 19-acre campus that is close to shops, parkland and serviced by public transit. Wyndham offers companionship, programs and services appropriate to a retirement lifestyle. The building has a central lounge for social and recreational activities in addition to an outdoor gardening space and patio. There is a billiards and games room, library and hair salon for our resident’s use.
The campus
Wyndham Gardens is situated in the heart of Unionville and is in close proximity to all of Markham’s shopping and restaurant establishments. The Unionville Community Centre for Seniors is closely located and offers a variety of social and recreational programs.
